Account deletion

Delete your Ironi account.

If you can sign in, delete your account in Profile. Ironi removes the account and app data right away. Use this page if you cannot sign in.

Subscriptions Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If yours still renews, cancel it first in Google Play, the App Store, or the Dodo billing portal. Then you can delete your account. A cancelled subscription does not stop deletion, but any paid time left ends with the account.
Retention Ironi keeps only the payment provider ID, plan ID, billing status and billing dates until the end of the eighth financial year after deletion. We keep these fields for accounting, tax, refunds, chargebacks and audits.
Signed-in users Open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. The app removes your account and signs you out. You can use the same email to make a new account later.
